Kick Start your Career in Disability

Kick Start your Career in Disability

This is a pre-employment course focussing on unemployed learners who want to gain employment in the disability support industry, including disability accommodation services.

The Victorian Government funds community service organisations to provide a range of support services to people with disability. The support is based on the individual needs and promotes community participation, relationship building, skill development and maintenance. Accommodation is also offered in shared housing with the residents supported by a team of staff who usually work according to a roster.
